At Melon, we are dedicated to delivering premium eyewear and accessories to our customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product for various reasons. To ensure a smooth return process, please check out our returns policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
You have the right to return any non-customised
purchase made from Melon Optics within 30 days from the date of purchase
for a refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused and
remains in its original condition. Please note customised products
returns will incur a £10/€10/$10 restocking fee, as each item is made to
order to the customer's unique design and cannot be resold.
All returned products must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
2. Return Shipping Costs:
We do not offer free returns, because there is a cost involved both economically and environmentally to returning items. We hope that by not offering free return shipping it will encourage our customers to make more conscious purchasing decisions. The cost of shipping any products back to Melon Optics is therefore the responsibility and at the cost of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe return transit.
3. Initiating a Return:
As noted above, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange of a non-custom product, please complete our returns forms via the links below. Once you have completed the form you will receive an email with details on how to complete your return.

- 3rd party retailers: If you purchased your Melon product through one of our licensed retailers and require a refund, please contact the original point of purchase.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees (for custom products). Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Warranty Claims:
For products that you believe to be defective or that may be covered under warranty, please refer to our warranty policy for detailed instructions on submitting a warranty claim.
